Hi! I’m Madeline (she/her).

I’m a mixed-methods researcher passionate about the intersection of data and social justice. I currently work as a Principal Data Analyst for Hennepin County’s Disparity Reduction/Workforce Development initiatives. Outside of work, I like to read, play video games, volunteer at my local nonprofit thrift store, and pet my cats.
